The price stated are negotiable. :) We are very kind person!

Item sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

Priority will be given based on first come first serve basis. RESERVATION VALIDS ONLY FOR ONE (1) DAY.

Place an order only if you are serious about purchasing it and can pay up within the next 2 working days (48 hours).

If you fail to do the payment within 1 working days after confirmation, we will cancel your order and make the item available for the next customer.

All payments should only be transferred to our Maybank account ONLY. Please notify us after you have banked in the money and please provide us with your bank reference number.

Delivery will be made within 2 working days upon receipt of your payment. We will notify you with an email.
